what is your turnaround time?

As a small business, our client’s needs are paramount. We always make every effort to meet your time line specifications without sacrificing quality design.

{ wedding invitations }
Traditionally, wedding invitations are sent 6 to 8 weeks prior to the wedding date. Prior to sending, we require at least 2 months lead time for design, revisions and printing. Orders outside of this time frame may incur rush charges.

what are your printing methods?

We offer digital, offset (flat), letterpress, thermography & engraving.

what form(s) of payment do you accept?

Checks made payable to Ink Umbrella Design or credit card transactions via paypal.

do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin design. Balance is due upon project completion.

is there a consultation fee?

No! Consultations are complimentary and encouraged. Face-to-face consultations are welcome in the greater Chicago area but if you’re not local, we’d love to chat via phone or email.

what is your rate for freelance graphic design projects?

Pricing is based on an hourly or project rate determined by the scope of your specifications. Please contact us for more information.

how much will my invitations cost?

Since we focus on custom invitations and design, prices vary considerably depending on level of detail, customization and quantity. Contact us for more information.

do you offer calligraphy services?

Yes! Along with a variety of other envelope addressing and place card options.
