Deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit in tandem with a signed contract is required to begin the invitation design process. Balance due upon project completion.
Proofs/Revisions
Proofs are delivered electronically via PDF. Up to 3 rounds of proofs/revisions are included in our pricing. Each proof thereafter will incur additional charges. Please proof your project carefully for spelling errors and typos. We will not print without your final written approval via email. Once approved, Ink Umbrella cannot be responsible for any error overlooked by the client. Of course, in the case of a mistake on our part, we are always happy to offer a refund, discount or reprint.
Shipping
We ship all orders to clients outside the greater Chicago area via standard FedEx unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges vary by order size and shipping location.
Privacy Policy
Ink Umbrella respects your privacy. For that reason, any information that we collect from you is solely for our own use. We do not (and will not) sell client information to any other company or service. If at any time you wish to discontinue receipt of emails from Ink Umbrella, please send us an email with the word “remove” in the subject line, and we will be happy to remove you from our list.
Returns
Currently, all orders placed with Ink Umbrella are considered custom. For this reason, they are considered final sales and may not be returned.
Cancellations
Due to the cost of production and supplies, orders may not be cancelled once print production has begun. Should you wish to cancel an order prior to press, contact us by phone or email to document the cancellation. Please remember that once the design process has begun, your 50% deposit is not refundable.
